ROTODEL
ROTODEL rotary gear pump type “HGN” is a self priming bi-directional positive displacement gear pump in simple two piece cast iron construction with single helical modified profile carbon steel gears shrunk fitted on alloy steel hardened & grounded shaft as impeller firmly supported on self lubricated Sintered bronze bush bearing. The pump can be run in either direction with change in inlet – outlet port position. The relief valve operations can be reversed by simply changing R.V parts on opposite side.

ROTODEL rotary gear pump type “HGBX” is a self priming bi-directional positive displacement gear pump in simple two piece cast iron construction with single helical modified profile carbon steel gears shrunk fitted on alloy steel hardened & grounded shaft as impeller firmly supported on self lubricated Sintered bronze bush bearing. The pump can be run in either direction with change in inlet – outlet port position. The relief valve operations can be reversed by simply changing R.V parts on opposite side. The motorized pump set in mono block design ensures the perfect alignment, saves space & reduces downtime.

ROTODEL
ROTODEL gear pump type “HGSX” is a stainless steel SS-316 self-priming bi-directional positive displacement rotary gear pump, fitted with Teflon-coated dry-running “DU” bush bearings. Three piece design makes the pump easy to clean, simply by removing four bolts on the back cover. Mechanical seal is optional for Teflon gland packing. The mounting bracket converts the pump to foot mounting & facilitates aligning the pump with the electric motor of appropriate rating on the base plate at the same height.

ROTODEL Rotary gear pump type “HGCX” s mono block integrated shaft external gear pump assembled directly on motor shaft, thereby making it the most compact and elegant pump. The proven and popular “ROTODEL” design is employed in this pump, the casing of the pump is directly mounted on the flange of the electric motor and is sealed by an oil seal. The rotor gear is fitted on the motor shaft, as the stator shaft is tightly fitted on the stator gear & it rotates freely on it. The back cover supports this shaft from the back end, it also provides a built-in pressure relief valve, which is of reversible design to facilitate running of the pump in either direction. The pump is provided with inlet and outlet BSP ports with horizontal orientations.

The ROTODEL SPN / SP-II rotary gear pump is engineered with a robust and durable construction, featuring a uniquely optimized design for high performance and reliability.
The pump utilizes single helical impeller gears, precision-cut using a hob, and mounted on a hardened carbon steel shaft. This shaft is supported by heavy-duty ball bearings, which are housed within a machined casing and mounted on a wear-resistant plate.
The front cover incorporates a stuffing box equipped with either an oil seal or mechanical seals, ensuring effective sealing and minimal leakage. The rear cover includes a well-designed, integrated pressure relief valve for enhanced operational safety.
The pump is fitted with horizontally oriented BSP inlet and outlet ports, facilitating easy installation and efficient fluid flow.
